UNIBEL-10 Universal Rack

The UNIBEL–10 series universal rack is used to house network, telecommunications, cross-connect, active and passive 19″ equipment, as well as for the reliable and rapid construction of low-voltage switchgear assemblies.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The rack combines rapid installation, internal compartmentalisation, innovative modular components and a wide range of accessories.

Equipment:

• dismantlable frame;
• removable side and rear panels;
• dismantlable base;
• set of adjustable feet;
• roof;
• internal mounting profiles;
• door (solid metal or glazed inspection type) opening to the left or right;
• locks and hinges;
• fasteners;
• eyebolts and transport brackets;
• wide range of accessories.

The frame consists of vertical and horizontal perforated profiles and clamping elements, ensuring simple and reliable frame assembly.

Chassis systems are used to mount equipment and accessories.

Any mounting point in terms of height, width and depth can be created both by mounting chassis horizontally between the frame profiles and by combining vertical and horizontal chassis.

Two independent chassis mounting levels are available: external and internal.

All profiles have 9х9 mm square perforations at a 25 mm pitch and holes for Ø 4,3 mm self-tapping screws at a 25 mm pitch.

The rack base, roof and side panels can be solid or perforated for natural and forced ventilation.

The doors, roof and side panels have earthing studs with contact surfaces.

Cables enter through the cabinet base, the sides or rear of the plinth via removable plinth panels, and through blanking panels with rubber glands. The base inside the cabinet has a sliding shutter mechanism for cable entry.

Racks can be joined in a row in all directions: left, right, forwards, backwards, at an angle and even upwards. Multiple racks can be connected either with the side panels removed using special connecting accessories or without removing the side panels.

The UNIBEL–10 universal rack system provides a platform for various applications. Each rack is accessible from all sides, allowing it to be used for a wide range of tasks.

Protection rating: from IP20 to IP54 in accordance with ГОСТ 14254-96.
