These Terms of Use (the Agreement) govern the relationship between Open Joint Stock Company «Raton» (the Operator, we) and users of raton.by (the Site, User, you) when using the Site and its services.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Agreement is a public offer under the civil law of the Republic of Belarus regarding use of the Site. 1.2. Using the Site (browsing, registration, submitting forms) means you accept these Terms. 1.3. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site. 1.4. The Agreement does not replace supply contracts, service agreements, or other civil-law documents between the Operator and counterparties.
2. Terms
2.1. Site — the software, hardware, and content available on the Internet at raton.by and its subdomains. 2.2. Account — a protected area available after registration and sign-in. 2.3. Content — texts, images, logos, documents, product catalogues, news, and other materials on the Site. 2.4. User — any capable person using the Site.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Operator allows Users to: • obtain information about JSC Raton, products, and services; • browse the product catalogue, news, vacancies, and other materials; • submit enquiries and requests via Site forms; • register a client account where available; • use other services provided by the Site. 3.2. Product information on the Site is for reference. Commercial terms (price, delivery, configuration, warranty) are agreed individually in contracts, specifications, invoices, or other documents. 3.3. The Operator may change, extend, or limit Site functionality without prior notice if this does not breach rights arising from concluded contracts.
4. Registration and account
4.1. To access the account, you register with accurate data and accept the Privacy Policy and this Agreement. 4.2. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all actions under your account. 4.3. If credentials are compromised, notify info@raton.by immediately. 4.4. We may refuse registration, block, or delete an account for breach of the Agreement, inaccurate data, unauthorised access attempts, or other abuse. 4.5. We do not guarantee uninterrupted account availability and may perform maintenance with temporary access limits.
5. Use of the Site and feedback
5.1. You must use the Site lawfully and not infringe the rights of third parties. 5.2. By submitting feedback, requests, or job applications you provide accurate contact details and consent to processing under the Privacy Policy. 5.3. You must not: • upload malware, spam, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material; • attempt unauthorised access to Site systems, other users' data, or Operator infrastructure; • scrape or parse Site data automatically without written consent; • reproduce or use Content commercially without consent except as permitted by law.
6. User rights and obligations
6.1. You may: • browse publicly available sections; • contact the Operator via Site forms and contacts; • manage cookies and low-vision settings; • exercise data subject rights under the Privacy Policy. 6.2. You must: • comply with this Agreement; • provide accurate data when registering and submitting forms; • not disrupt Site operation or impose excessive load on infrastructure.
7. Operator rights and obligations
7.1. The Operator may: • change Site structure, design, and content; • moderate and decline to publish unlawful enquiries; • restrict access for breach of the Agreement or for technical reasons; • respond to enquiries using contact details you provide. 7.2. The Operator shall: • maintain Site operation within reasonable limits; • process personal data under Belarusian law and the Privacy Policy; • review user enquiries within reasonable time.
8. Content and intellectual property
8.1. Exclusive rights to Site Content (trademarks, logos, media, texts, database structure) belong to the Operator or are used on lawful grounds unless stated otherwise. 8.2. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view Content and use the Site for personal and business interaction with the Operator. 8.3. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or other use of Content without written consent is prohibited except as permitted by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. The Site and Content are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the Site meets your expectations. 9.2. We are not liable for: • temporary unavailability due to technical issues, third parties, or force majeure; • external sites linked from the Site; • decisions you make based on Site information unless otherwise agreed in a contract. 9.3. Liability for obligations related solely to Site use is limited to direct documented loss caused by the Operator's fault within limits permitted by Belarusian law.
10. Personal data
10.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy at /privacy and Belarusian law. 10.2. Cookie use is governed by the Cookie Policy at /cookies. 10.3. By registering or submitting forms you confirm you have read these documents and give required consents as provided by forms and Site settings.
11. Final provisions
11.1. We may amend this Agreement unilaterally. The new version takes effect when published unless stated otherwise. 11.2. Continued use after publication means acceptance of changes. 11.3. Belarusian law applies. 11.4. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; failing agreement, disputes are submitted to courts at the Operator's location (Gomel, Republic of Belarus) unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. 11.5.
