РДЗ 10 kV Disconnectors

РДЗ disconnectors are manufactured from individual poles that can be combined into a single-pole, two-pole or three-pole device installed on a horizontal surface.
Each disconnector pole is a two-column device with main blades rotating through 90° in a horizontal plane and consists of a base, insulating columns, a current-carrying system and an earthing device.
The disconnector contact blades are made from two parallel copper busbars installed on edge. One end is connected to the terminal by flexible connections, while the other forms a separable contact.

The pole connected to the drive is the driving pole.
The remaining poles of two-pole and three-pole disconnectors are driven poles. The consumer connects the driving pole to the drive and to the driven poles when preparing the disconnector for use.
The drives are intended to operate the disconnectors. The main-circuit and earthing-circuit drive shafts are rotated manually using a ПР-2Б drive with mechanical interlock locks or a ПРГ drive with electromagnetic interlock locks.

The external insulation creepage distance of standard disconnectors with porcelain insulators is:

• with insulation for pollution level I — at least 70 cm;
• with insulation for pollution level II — at least 105 cm.
