РЛК 10 kV Disconnectors

РЛК disconnectors have a rocking-blade design in a three-pole configuration.
The disconnectors consist of a frame, insulation, a current-carrying system, an earthing circuit and a steel support structure for pole mounting.
The high-rigidity РЛК frame is a welded structure made from formed channels supporting the insulators and earthing switches.
The insulation of each РЛК disconnector pole consists of three polymer insulators.
The РЛК current-carrying system consists of a main blade, a main contact and a flexible connection.
The main blade is mounted on a fixed insulator and consists of a bent copper plate, one end of which serves as the disconnector terminal.
The РЛК disconnector is operated by a drive.
The connection between the РЛК disconnector and the drive is made from steel pipe, which is not included in the standard supply. If required, the customer must specify this component in the purchase request.
Each disconnector pole has two fixed columns mounted on the frame and one movable column mounted on a movable bracket, allowing it to rock along the longitudinal axis of the disconnector.

Special-purpose РЛК-С disconnectors with an arc-extinguishing system are also intended to interrupt currents up to 18 A, transformer no-load currents, and overhead-line and cable charging currents up to 8 A.
Purpose
The disconnectors are intended for horizontal installation and are operated by ПР-2Б drives, lever mechanisms for manual closing and opening, with mechanical interlock locks.
