РВ, РВЗ, РВФЗ 10 kV Disconnectors

РВ, РВЗ and РВФЗ three-pole disconnectors consist of three current paths mounted on one frame with a common main shaft and an operating lever.
The earthing blades are mounted on an additional shaft secured in the common disconnector frame.
A mechanical interlock between the contact-blade shaft and the earthing-blade shaft prevents the contact and earthing blades from being closed simultaneously.
Disconnector operating principle
Rotating the disconnector shaft using the drive, a lever mechanism for manually closing and opening disconnectors, simultaneously closes or opens the three contact blades.

Purpose:

• to disconnect and connect energised sections of a high-voltage electrical circuit in the absence of load current or to change the connection arrangement;
• to allow work to be carried out safely on an isolated section;
• to switch overhead-line and cable charging currents, transformer no-load currents and small load currents;
• to earth the main current-carrying circuit on the de-energised side.

Service life — 10 years;
Warranty period — 3 years from commissioning.
