FZN Series 10 kV Vacuum Load-Break Switch

Load-break switches FZ(R)N are designed to close, open and continuously carry rated currents in three-phase AC circuits at a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of up to 10 kV, and can also make the short-circuit currents of these circuits.

Load-break switches are installed in enclosures of switchgear assemblies (КРУ), packaged transformer substations (КТП), single-sided service switchgear chambers (КСО) and other switchgear. Use of load-break switches in operating modes or conditions other than those specified in their technical specifications must be agreed with the load-break switch manufacturer.

The load-break switches are intended for operation at altitudes of no more than 1000 m above sea level in a type II atmosphere in accordance with ГОСТ 15150.

The load-break switches are not intended for operation in environments exposed to pollution, gases, vapours or chemical deposits harmful to insulation, or in environments presenting an explosion or fire hazard.
