On November 5 and 6, 2026, a competition for professional skill was held at the assembly shop of OAO 'Raton' to determine the best electrician.
The competition was conducted in accordance with the order of OAO 'Raton' No. 307 dated October 7, 2026, as part of the implementation of the Ideological Work Plan of the Holding OAO 'METS V.I. Kozlova'. Its goal is to recognize professional skill publicly, activate labor competition and creative potential of employees, and spread the experience of production leaders. ⚡️ ⚡️
Electrician is one of the key professions at our enterprise. The accuracy, perseverance, and mastery of these specialists directly determine the quality of electrical equipment products, which OAO 'Raton' proudly offers on markets in Belarus and beyond. 🔧🏭
The competition consisted of two stages and lasted for two days. On the first day, participants were tested on their theoretical knowledge — design of electrical equipment, installation technology, and safety regulations. The second day was practical: electricians demonstrated their skills in action by completing tasks that required speed and quality. 📋🔧📋🔧
Each contestant proved that professionalism at 'Raton' is not just words but daily hard work and continuous improvement.
